    Alan has experience in a number of industries, including scientific research, information technology, shipping, finance, and telecommunications, most notably over 15 years' experience creating policies, methods and procedures, and customer facing web support content for leading telecommunications providers. Alan has spent much of his career shaping the customer service environment through process improvement, including influencing hundreds of projects and programs to ensure that support is always optimized for customers.
